Mr. Cunha is a partner at the Boston firm of Cunha & Holcomb, P.C., focusing on litigation, particularly criminal defense, trial and appellate. He is a former clinical instructor at Suffolk and Harvard Law Schools. He represents clients charged with a broad variety of offenses, including homicide trials and appeals. He has lectured nationally, including the National Institute of Justice, MCLE, NACDL, Federal Defenders national training, and the Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys. He is the MACDL President, 2009-2011.
